TERMS OF SERVICE

Distribution and Crediting:

• If you want to share my artwork online, you must credit me always.
• You may ask for permission on a case-by-case basis for distribution (this includes prints, T-shirts, posters and any kind of digital and physical reproduction) and may require a licensing fee for commercial use.

Refund policy:

• Refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work I have done. For example, if $30 of a $40 project has been completed, a refund of $10 will be issued.
• Please note that all sales of my artwork are final. Once a commission is completed, no refunds will be issued.

Payment method:

• ︎I only accept payment through Paypal.
• ︎To start working on your piece, I will need at least half the payment due. Once finished, the other half is required to receive the HQ piece via email.
• ︎Once the commission is confirmed, I will ask for an email address so I can send an invoice.

Services not allowed:

• ︎I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior towards myself or any other individual.
• ︎I will not create artwork that contains hate speech, like racism, fascism and any hate towards any minority or endagered group.
• ︎The usage of my artwork in relation to blockchain-related technologies such as cryptocurrency or NFTs is strictly prohibited.
